Guest Experience & Service Terms

At The Cultivated Cuisine, our goal is simple: to create thoughtful, memorable culinary experiences for every guest we serve. The following terms help us ensure that each event and order is executed with care, preparation, and attention to detail.

By purchasing products or booking services with The Cultivated Cuisine, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Our Products

Thoughtful Preparation
Each product we offer is prepared, sourced, or packaged with care. Availability may occasionally vary as we prioritize quality and freshness.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are packaged to arrive safely and in excellent condition. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier schedules.

Returns & Concerns
If something does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right whenever possible.

Private Dining & Events

Reservations
To reserve an event date, we require a 50% deposit. This allows us to begin preparing the details of your experience and secure the necessary ingredients, staff, and planning.

The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

Cancellations & Changes
Because our events require advance planning and preparation, deposits become non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled event date. If plans change earlier than that, we will always do our best to accommodate a new date when possible.

Guest Count & Details
Each experience is tailored to your guests. We kindly ask that final guest counts and event details be confirmed in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Changes after confirmation may affect pricing or service requirements.

Dietary Needs & Allergies
We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies whenever possible. Please notify us ahead of time so we can thoughtfully plan your menu. While we take precautions in our preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Event Timing
Your event is planned around a specific timeframe to ensure the best possible service. If the event extends beyond the scheduled service window, additional service time may be arranged.

Equipment & Setting
We provide the necessary tools, tableware, and elements to create a seamless experience. We simply ask that these items be treated with care throughout the event.

Safety & Responsibility

We take pride in preparing and serving food responsibly and thoughtfully. However, The Cultivated Cuisine cannot assume responsibility for unforeseen injuries, allergic reactions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare situations such as severe weather, emergencies, or other unexpected events beyond our control, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Should this occur, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
