The menu includes:
Pastrami Frittata with fresh finely diced peppers, onions & mushrooms topped with our house made chèvre
Sourdough waffles made from our starter discard, served with lavender chantilly and berries
Strawberry yogurt parfait with granola and honey, made with our house yogurt and in house freeze dried strawberry powder made from hand picked strawberries from Kerville, TX
Chia seed pudding made with house made cashew milk (cashews, dates, cinnamon) and topped with raspberry honey
Warm buttermilk biscuits (made with einkorn flour) with lavender honey and/or chive butter
Lavender lattes
Lavender lemonade - this probiotic favorite takes 7 days to create!
